Amazing service from beginning to end! No pressure, no stress, great price and one super happy customer with her dream SUV (me!!). Thank you so much Grant for your patience with me as I worked through making this big purchase. Edit - I had an issue with my vehicle just over a month after purchasing it. After stressing out hugely about it, I got it towed to Howies. Turns out there was a mechanical failure in the clutch. It was not covered under the complimentary Lubrico warranty, but due to the circumstances of the problem, Howie made the decision to cover the repairs in full with no cost to me. I am absolutely speechless as they did NOT have to do this. This just helps prove they are a company with sincere integrity and they truly care about their customers. I cant thank Howie, Paul and Grant enough for the whole experience I've had from the beginning to now. If i could give another five stars I certainly would!!
I stopped by today to ask a question regarding a financing question/concern for a vehicle that I currently own. Even though I wasn’t going to purchase another vehicle at this time I was so impressed with financial manager Allan Youngson. This man took the time to listen to my concerns and was so thoughtful in his his advice with regards to my situation. Highly recommend this dealership, they really care that the customer is informed and are genuinely kind and approachable. Excellent service!
Just bought a van from here and couldn't be happier with it. Fair pricing, outstanding customer service and no pressure whatsoever. Great follow up and very flexible regarding my schedule, too. Ultimately, the van I bought exceeded my expectations for the price so I'd rate the entire process as a 10/10. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Sales person was easy to talk to and sales staff were down to earth. The owner was fair and supported me through an issue I had with the car, post purchase. The issue was resolved satisfactorily. Would purchase from Howie’s again!
