These guys are Amazing! i was blown away at how fast the process went and how easy and comfortable Shawn and Sam made things feel during the process! i was recommended by a friend to give them a call over a year ago! and i regret not calling them sooner!, they took me from a situation that had me paying over 20% interest down to 9.99% in a matter of a few hours!! i HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! and will be sending many people there way!!

I would not get from this company ever again. To sum it up We were advised we would get a Audi 2012 with 120,000km we got a Audi 2012 with 126,000km. They received payment before I received my vehicle. They lied the entire time. This matter will be going to court. Please learn from our experience do not buy from EMPIRE AUTO. You can ask any question about my experience and I will gladly answer to the best of my ability. I have also reported to the better business bureau of Canada. I have contacted a lawyer. Do not put you and your family in the same position. I have and he has refused to service the vehicle unless I change my review.

I was simply shocked at the level of service and detail put into getting my sale done. Shawn,Nora and Sam were simply amazing to deal with. Walked me through every step with ease,had everything done in mere hours. I have always been treated like a number at a dealership but not here and not with these guys.
