I wanted to order online for curb side pickup but was not sure of the product. I talked with Diane and she was extremely helpful in describing the product, colour and quality. The price was better than other stores with a similar product. I drove to the store, phoned and a lady ran dropped the parcel in my vehicle. Service was exceptional. Thank you!

I don't know much about linen and such stuff but my wife does and she says that it has a great selection and good prices. I took her word for it and went for coffee while she shopped. Win - win!
Sheets were good but because wrong size was ordered as a gift to us, we ended up with King fitted sheet, King sheet, and Queen pillowcases. As life happens during COVID-19 pandemics, we weren't able to deal with return until after the return period even in the original packaging still sealed. Instead of helping us or providing alternative solutions or discounts, the email responses from the Owner were unhelpful and rude. Will not recommend nor use their products moving forward.
Always a wide selection and good quality items. Staff are well prepared and helpful, you will likely find what you need here. Don't forget to look at the gift items too.
