They have many unique items here. It's a great place for gifts. We've purchased a number of things for our new home, as well, from curtains to garbage cans. The customer service is pretty good. The price are a bit high on some things, but the quality is great.

This store is much smaller than other locations. I went today, midday on a Monday. They were quite busy, and didn’t have sufficient staff to help customers, so there were lengthy waits for assistance. Also, I asked two questions about products and gift cards at checkout, and the woman helping me didn’t know the answers. She may have just been new, but it wasn’t helpful at all. I would recommend going first thing in the morning on a weekday to avoid long wait times.

Do your homework before you shop with this store. The online prices tend to be lower than what is charged at the store and the staff are blissfully ignorant. 2 weeks ago I purchased an OXO food scale from the store. Got home and verified that indeed the on-line price was lower. Called the store up and the sales clerk informed me that I can return the product at the store and purchase it on-line to avail of the on-line price. Asked to speak with the manager who apologized and said they had recently hired new staff and they could not keep up with the sale prices. Stopped by the store a week later with the receipt for a price match and the manager on duty gave me the run around. He informed me that he did not have access to the store website so he could not verify the price was lower. I pulled up the Bed Bath & Beyond website on my cell phone and proved that the price was different than what is being sold in the store. Overall poor customer service experience.
