They are quick, reliable and responsive in responding to any concerns and I have not looked back in moving to this amazing company. We have never gone to another supplier for our Digital needs, the way they do business takes the stress out of your life when having issues you don't understand. Troy Giles and the team at Hartman have made leasing and running complicated machinery surprisingly stress free. They go out of their way to help us get the most out of our equipment with excellent telephone and onsite support. Hartman has helped us handle the costs of growing our operations, when an increase in activity dramatically affected our usage. Troy took the time over the years to understand our operation, and as such, was able to come up with the best solutions. Very dissatisfied with the company, their product and their service. Had to ship the machine back for servicing. Still more problems. Logos on basic stock smudged when printing. List goes on. Company promised replacement in written guarantee. Not happening. Says still falls within specs. Some specs! Looking forward to end of lease with this bunch.
