phoned and booked an appointment to get a fit test. It was something I needed for work and I told them I needed it that day. They booked me a time to do my test then never showed up. I finally got a text an hour after the appt time saying they wouldn't be doing my test that day. When I messaged back for an explanation I got no response. They never even cared to respond to my message. Great customer service.
