My wife and I drove down to Victoria to look for an electric bike with adaptations to suit her needs. Grant met us , gave us all kinds of tips, good advice, and really listened to Heather's biking needs. Heather tried 3 different trike bikes, and Grant went through the advantages of each. Grant's knowledge is second to none, and he has a nice, calm, positive demeanor, which was re-assuring. We are thrilled with the bike we bought and look forward to getting out biking again. I had almost given up on my 30 year old bike, but brought it by the shop to see if it was worthwhile to bother fixing and tuning it up. Fairfield mechanics returned it in better shape than I ever remember it being! Thanks!
Great shop with knowlegable staff, great service & fair prices. My \Go to\ bicycle shop since moving to Victoria 6 years ago & always have had great service whether purchasing , or in for repairs. Recently purchased an electric & enjoyed the no pressure customer service & test drive options which allowed me to make the correct choice. Loving my new ride ( Opus WKND - LRT 1). Reccomend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike , or in need of maintenance/repairs.
Amazing staff, amazing service. I bought my e-bike in (purchased elsewhere), and they were able to fix it, and get it back to me the same day. I'll be bringing my bike back to them. A lot of bike shop workers have an attitude, but Fairfield did not - super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. No one talked down to me just because I don't know as much about bikes as they do :)
Wonderful store and wonderful staff! They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly... hats off to Susanna who coached me to get back on a bicycle again as I am a dyed in the wool fraidy-cat... and it’s been 50 years since I’ve been on a bicycle... but with her gentle kindness and patience she got me back up and riding again!! Definitely will send all my friends and family to Fairfield bikes!!!
