Beware! I just called this shop to bring my 2 year old Schwinn trike for a basic tune up and the guy just told me they do "higher end bikes". So happy I didn't even go there. They can keep their "high end" clientele.

Went in the first time and was not thrilled of one of the sale persons attitude, but decided to give Trek Toronto another chance as I vented out my lousy experience via email and a phone call to the manager. I just finished up dating my review, and am proud to say the second time with Trek was not so bad, and maybe it was just me who expected more from a dealership that specializes in bikes. I ended up convincing myself that no matter what the case is of how much this dude got under my skin, I was determined to put this negative experience aside and focus on the positive freedom that which a bicycle does hold.

Great place to buy a bike. So far, I have bought two bikes, and my extended family has purchased a number of bikes as well. Great staff. Clean store. Very attentive. All the accessories you could want: booties; cages; shoes; trainers, and Garmin Forerunners. Very accommodating with short-notice scheduling for repairs and tune-ups. All in all, a great experience for buying my first road bike and my second. Update: Just bought a third bike from them. Another great experience!

Always had good experiences here. Trek is one of the best brands out there and this store and their customer services reflects that. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

First of all i have to say WOW, what a beautiful and organized store this is. I don't really use my bike that much, but I came here last week just to browse, ended up buying a whole bunch of accessories. The reason being was the awesome and helpful salesman Dan. He guided me detail by detail on any of my questions, he was patient with my limited knowledge and eager to help with anything. This kind of attitude is what makes a good salesman and a happy customer.

Though the shop is big and nice looking, don't expect your warranty to be upheld. I just picked up my bike from Trek Toronto yesterday afternoon. I'd dropped it off a couple weeks ago because the battery for my Valencia just isn't performing like it used to. I have an 11km commute each way (22km total) and for the first year and a half the performance was fantastic. I'd generally ride on level 2 all the way to work and a mix of level 2 and level 4 on the way home (some big hills on the way home). At the end of the day I'd still have plenty of life left in my battery. Over the last four months or so the performance has dipped dramatically. I now ride level 1 half way to work and use no assistance for half. On the way home I'm usually at no assistance or level 1 most of the way and level 3 for the two big climbs and my battery is about drained (no bars on the module) when I get home. My warranty states that I should have 70% battery performance for two years/600 cycles. I'm less than two years and only at 365 cycles. Seems pretty cut and dry to me. However, Trek Toronto says they tested the battery and it works like new. Of course, their definition of new is that it holds a charge for a week when it's idle. Unfortunately, that's not how I use the bike. I actually ride it. In my mind, this is a breach of the warranty agreement – the main reason I bought the bike in the first place. If I didn't think the warranty would be upheld, I would have bought a much cheaper import electric bike.

Had a fantastic experience here. They helped fix up my bike and did so quickly when I was on a really short schedule and the parts were all really resonable. The bike is now running perfectly
