We are a 73 unit condo in Saanich. Bullet Security was the successful bidder to replace our aging entry system. We were extremely pleased with their staff. All of them were courteous, professional, competent and gave us superb service. In addition to providing us with a new entry system, Cole, from their company, provided superb project management services to oversee a number of tradespeople from other companies, including electricians, locksmiths, and door entry people. This allowed us to obtain one stop shopping for our entire system, and ensured all system components worked together. Our upgrade involved installing new handicapped push button doors, panic exit devices, fob rather than key access, and strikes for all 5 of our doors. They gave us training on the computer security system. They saved us numerous hours by packaging all fobs in bundles by unit, so we could easily hand them out to residents. Dane and Ming, two other staff members, stayed late and worked long hours to complete tasks. Despite challenges along the way, the entire project came in on time, on budget, and when it was over, everything worked flawlessly. Scott and Cam with Bullet Security have continually provided exceptional and immediate customer service to aid with our building(s) IT needs. They are quick, polite, and seem to always make time to assist with our problems - no matter what they happen to be (Ie: enterphone, security, cameras, etc) Much appreciated!
