You have all the essentials you would need in a gym. It is small and has an underground/low light vibe (I like that). However, 24/7. Can't complain.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean... No, really... Very clean. Lot of equipment for cardio and resistance. Some gyms over focus on cardio. Customers are all shapes, sizes and ages. Everyone seems to feel very comfortable and confident. Fun place to be!
