Desmair installed the Carrier Heat pump and ventilation system in our house. They have been very quick to answer back even during very busy periods. In the last week they quickly answered a call for my parents who had a heating issue during a cold snap. They were kind, quick, honest and responsive. In short - consistently true professionals! Bravo!

Desmair was on time and efficient. They had 2 teams come to our place, one team for an air exchanger installation and one team for a ductless AC/heat pump. Both teams were amazing and efficient. Our ONLY issue, and for some would be a major issue, was the air exchanger team came in without tarps and tracked mud and debris all over the house, whereas the ductless AC/heat pump team came in a couple hours later and the first thing they did was lay down tarps where they were to be working. This, for my wife, is an issue. For myself, it is about training teams to be more conscientious about the difference between private homes and construction sites and to take cleanliness in private homes more carefully. Overall, that is why they score a 4 out of 5 for today's otherwise amazing work.

Had a mural heat pump installed and an existing mural air conditioner displaced to another section of the house by Raphael and Nicholas. They are very professional , service was quick, and they answered all our questions and showed us what was done and how the new mural works.
Very happy with the service overall. Giving it 4 stars because there was a bit of delay at the original install, but it was during high season so it's somewhat understandable. That being said, the support has been flawless. I would recommend.
