Drove from North Vancouver to buy a 26 inch wheel because they are impossible to find, the gentleman who sold me the rim had more attitude than personality and didn't provide proper information about the item, and when I got home I realized it was the wrong type of valve for my tube and the hub was a freewheel type, I then had to buy a new sprocket and tube and chain, added an extra 75 on top of the price of the rim. I'm finding businesses are more desperate for sales during covid and we the consumers have to pay the price. Thanks west point cycles, you just added more pollution to the planet.

I had my bike repaired here. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Price was reasonable. Everything as promised. Good work!

Had the worst experience ever at a cycle shop. After using their services the last couple of years, I wont return. The female assistant rudely tell me in front of several customers on the sidewalk to leave and she wont serve me, when I dare to challenge her on her opinion that my rear-shifter may need to be replaced. I was so taken aback, I calmly walked away. But that is what happens when demand is high, and you have a rude person accepting clients. How management can employ a person like this goes beyond me. The upside are that the friendly blokes from Giant couldn't take my bike in, and refer me to En-route on 1st. What a great experience at 2 other cycle shops where demand is also high, but I was treated well, and the shifter didn't need to be replaced. I will be reporting her to her superiors, and luckily a UBC professor I knew was watching the whole incident.

Excellent customer service. They put in the extra effort to keep all their customers happy. This is especially impressive given how they had to adapt their business to COViD distancing during their busy time of spring bike buying season. We are very happy with our purchases from West Point Cycles, and all the assistance their staff gave us during the buying process.
