I love this place. Fast and friendly service. Brought in my four cushions to replace the down with foam. Everything finished within 2 hours. Sofa finally comfortable again!
My husband, Patrick, and I are starting a camper rental company and looked high and low for a 48" wide trifold mattress - only to discover this company in our own backyard! We received them quickly and just fit them into the van to try them out. We are super stoked at the quality and comfort! They are very helpful and efficient. Needed a very old foam wedge covered when the zipper broke. They were able to take care of this quickly without trying to upsell us a whole new wedge despite the fact that the foam is getting old. Thank you for your service.
Brigitte at the Kitsilano store was super friendly and very knowledgeable when I stopped by today to look for a mattress. I only roughly knew what I wanted for my camper and she took the time to show me different options and pointed out a few things that I have not thought of. After all of her insights I ended up getting a slighly different mattress than I had in mind initially and I’m super happy with it. Thanks Brigitte! I highly recommend this store.
Excellent people. Pricy at first glance...foam should be cheap right?...but when you actually compare to other places, they are much cheaper! They can do pretty much anything...custom or not. Other locations not as helpful. This one is the best.
