I have been to many other stores to buy foam but this store was way better than my old experiences. The girl who was working there named Sara gave me a nice advice on cushions and it seems like she knows her job perfectly. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend my friends and family.

Ordered a custom foam for our window and absolutely happy with the end product. I commend the staff and management for handling the mistake initially done on my order. 1) wrong fitting ... there’s a cut out that was done on my order 2) wrong fabric ... the fabric was not the one I choose when I came in I like the fact that staff agreed with the error on their part and not at all defensive. They all worked together to get my order redone and finished as soon as possible.
Excellent Customer Service. The foam shop went above and beyond to take care of a minor issue that we had with a bean bag chair that we purchased. We love the chair and will shop here again.
