Where to begin? Nice presentation from tea, to main dish. Their tempura are lightly battered, and perfectly deep fried. The sauce they brush on is flavourful, and makes the tempura glisten in any light. The rice has a slight firmness to it, and compliments the tempura nicely. I almost want another bowl after my first, but I need to exercise restraint. The temptation is almost overpowering enough to make me cave in. Will definitely return!

Delicious. Fluffy. Light. Juicy. Fresh. Can't get enough of. Each piece was fried to perfection, not a second too long. And what about the rice? It was the most delicious rice we have ever eaten. As rice eaters and lovers, we have eaten our fare share of rice, but nothing compares to Tendon Kohaku's rice. We went there expecting to love the tempura, but the rice took us by surprise. Must. Try. The service was great! Very friendly and attentive staff.

Kohaku offers up delicious tendon. Some of the best that I've had. Can be a bit of a wait when they are really busy, but worth the time to ensure tempuras are made fresh.

New pretty tendon restaurant opened next to our building. The atmosphere is so nice, I love it!!! even the taste is good as well. We had 2 tendons which is big dishes with anago and veggie, also 2 flavor Nagoya wings. Crispy and juicy!!! Spicy one is really tasty! All the staff are very nice and helpful! I hope their grand opening soon!!!

Long waited tendon restaurant is finally open! Outdoor seating is really limited. Be early to beat the lunch or dinner hour! Amazing portion and variety in one bowl! Quite a few variety of tendon to choose from. Don’t be afraid of trying the spicy tendon. It totally elevated the whole flavour highly recommended to try! Sure to be back to try all the different tendons!

Great new Tempura spot. The Anago tendon was delicious, it came with a poached soft egg that was deep fried. The eel was tasty and the prawns. Highly recommended! They also have a patio space! April 27 2021

Homey and friendly atmosphere with tasty tendon bowls and side dishes. Great place for quick snacks if u are around the area. • • Tips: hand rolls - roll it in a cone shaped easier to hold & eat.

I ordered the kohaku tendon. The spicy sauce for the tempura was really good- I wish there was more for the rice! The tempura pieces are crispy and theres quite a bit. Definitely try it out, it's something different. The interior of the restaurant is also very clean and sleek. The wheat ceiling is unique and fun to look at
