Great taste! We enjoyed our lunch today Just a kind reminder to please make sure all the lids are tightly put on when packaging. One of the lids was open so the soy sauce in it was split all over in the bag. (We ordered through UberEats and the driver did a great job getting us the food safely. The rest of it was perfectly fine as shown in the pic!)

We had lunch today at this restaurant. What a pleasant experience! Very friendly and attentive staff. The service was quick and the food was superb! The menu has pictures for every item which made ordering so much easier. The food was tasty and the portions generous for a lunch menu. The sauces and dressings apparently are house recipes and ensure a distinct flavour. Price was very reasonable given the portion size and food quality. We can sincerely recommend Goen restaurant and will for sure be back.

Ordered a 13 pc Bento Box and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. While it was a bit on the pricier end, you do get what you pay for. The Sushi was some of the best quality I've had in the region, which typically is the case when comparing a la carte sushi to AYCE. The fish was packed with flavor and was made from prime quality cuts. The rolls as you can likely see from the image also weren't too densely packed with rice and offered great taste compared to a run of the mill California roll. All in all, the presentation was great, even for a takeout dish. The accompanying salad and miso soup were uncomplicated and hit the spot. I would have preferred the ability to substitute the green salad for a seaweed salad but it's alright for a lunch special. My only other negative criticism is the abundant use of non environmentally friendly packaging (styrofoam and plastic bags). I would much prefer to see either paper/cardboard containers and bags or see the use of a program like "A Friendlier Company" containers.

Had the spicy salmon roll and it was AMAZING. The roll sizes are huge and so flavorful. If you are looking for great quality and to sate your pallet then this is the place for you. A little on the expensive side but it was well worth it.

We ordered party platter for birthday party. Set up pick up time and went to the restaurant to get the platter and they were not even open and no answer on the phone, even though Website says it’s open today. Very disappointed and we had to make a big change to the plan.

Got take out tonight for a special celebration and the food was incredible. The care the was taken in packaging the food both for presentation and to prevent any spills was above and beyond. Thank you for making a special night such a treat.

Fantastic, fresh and super friendly!!! I absolutely love this place because of the size of the rolls! They're huge and extremely fresh always!! Definitely 10/10 would recommend

The food here tastes like melting ice cream. It's so cozy and fantastic. For an incredibly reasonable price. Everyone there is friendly welcoming. Always worth the journey.
