Martin Kettling

I was traveling and had a key component of my CPAP damaged. I needed a replacement but would only be in Vancouver for 48 hrs before heading off for three more weeks of travel. I wrote them an email in the middle of the night. They responded and by morning a part was beings shipped. Big thank you to Dale, the respiratory therapist who helped on his day off! It's clear to me that they care about getting everyone a good night sleep.
