Do not go there. Dirty and smelly rooms and sheets. Dust every where. People who work there should understand that people who have sleep issues go there to sleep well, so we suppose that it's a quite place. However, it's noisy like hell! The girls work there are loud, walking around all the time and shut doors aggressively. I arrived at 8:15, my appointment was at 8:30. I waited for an hour until they came and put the stuff on my body. I was not able to sleep there so left after 4 hours. I should say that all girls are friendly and polite, this is the only positive thing.

Nice nurses and i had a fairly good sleep..but just be aware that it takes a very long time to get results and a prescription..i waited 4.5 months after my original sleep test.
Had a sleep study done there recently. Found staff friendly and doctor very nice. Found clinic clean and bedroom large enough. Front desk girls were even able to get me an appointment very fast - which I appreciate as other sleep lab in London has a 18 month wait. Very please with experience.
I found the facility clean and quiet enough. The young ladies doing the monitoring through the night were pleasant and professional. The one front desk staff, however, is quite rude and snarky. The Dr. speaks so quickly and with such a heavy accent that is was very hard to understand him. The ONLY reason I'm completing my sleep study with them is because I don't feel like waiting another 8 months before I can get into another clinic.
This was my second sleep study and first at this clinic. They provide a double bed, fans, reading lamp and chair. Quite comfortable, and staff was professional and friendly.
