I had my first two Rolex watch around one month ago, and I was helped by Ivan. He is the best sales u have ever seen. Ivan is so patient, he always give me the best advice and help me pick up the watch, even some time is not the work time, he will pick my my phone call and answer my questions. Had a great experience shopping at Rolex boutique this week both on the phone and in person. I initially called in and was connected with Constance who was super lovely and upbeat. Was very excited to work with her, but popped in unannounced on the weekend and she was not available, so we ended up working with Ivan, who was extremely professional and took very good care of us. We also had the pleasure of meeting April, who chatted with us as our purchase was being prepared and wrapped. Overall a very nice experience. Thank you to the whole Rolex team. Look forward to future opportunities.
