When I visited the store before covid he took the time to show me any watch, tried it on and provide background on the models.... I've been doing my research and compared to other local used watch dealers Sun Time Luxury Watches hands down has the best prices, best quality and best customer service... If your looking for a great used high-end watch talk to him they have a huge selection and can source any watch...

I had just a few days to find the right watch for my spouse's birthday (Dec. 24th.). I found two options on the Sun Time website. I was nervous but the reviews were excellent so I called Fawaz and purchased a beautiful ladies Rolex with diamond bezel and mother of pearl face. Fawaz made it happen and got it to me on the West Coast in time for the birthday surprise. The watch is beautiful and made someone very happy. Look no further.

I have to admit it’s difficult to find a reputable watch maker in the GTA. I’ve invested a significant amount into luxury time pieces and besides spending exorbitant fees returning to your AD for service your choices are limited and filled with risks. I was happy to have found Fawaz at Sun Time Luxury. Very polite and knowledgeable. He was completely up front with cost and estimated 3 weeks to repair my speedmaster. After only a few days Fawaz had the repair completed and my speedy is back on the wrist. Thank you Fawaz for your excellent service!
