I was extremely happy with the assistance that I received from Vancouver MedPro. Because of COVID, Cassandra advised via texting, phone calls and email. She was very knowledgeable and the follow up was unexpected, but greatly appreciated.

I'm totally puzzled as to how people could give these negative reviews. I've had a great experience with the office on Broadway in Kits. Perhaps they're referring to other locations. Speaking for the Kitsilano shop I'd say they're top shelf ️
I have been a client of MedPro for about the past 4 years. From day one I have had great care. Even more so since COVID happened. My second CPAP machine which was purchased shortly before COVID, was not working properly. The representative that I spoke to, took the initiative to bring this to the attention of her manager Amanda Weber. Ms. Weber intervened and I had a new replacement unit in less than a month. She went above and beyond in that she made arrangements so I would not have to travel by transit to drop off the faulty CPAP machine. I moved to Coquitlam from the West End earlier this year and despite being so far away from the location, I stayed because of the customer service. This recent experience just reinforces my decision to stay.
I was refer by my family doctor, then I contacted them for appointment. I was asked to fill out the questionnaires and send it back to them. she also send me an email to confirm my HSAT TEST on 20th Oct 2020 at 10:00am When I arrive their office, the receptionist told me to pick up a small package (the test machine) then return tomorrow by 4pm. I told her again i am here for the HSAT TEST appointment. She said due to Covid 19, there is no appointment. I was shock and surprise, I received the appointment email is on 10th Sep, 2020 which is more than 6 months Covid hits B.C. I told her I wasn't told only pick up and not appointment. She keep asking me did I watch the link. I said \Yes\. The cartoon video for introducing the testing. She ask me to follow the cartoon to do the test. I was extremely upset and disappointed this company's service. 1. they ask me to fill the form and rating for myself in some part, some questions are so uncertain... 2. they ask me to set up the test for myself and they will monitor it. How can i trust them and i don't even know if i place the machine correctly. 3. If I do everything on my own, i can buy the machine online too. 4. All i need is service and confidence. 5. Their excuse is due to Covid their is no personal contact, but we can to on line to do the appointment. 6. I feel Medpro only want to sell the machine, no service at all. so sad and disappointed. I have cancelled all the appointment and will find another company.
I struggled with sleep apnea for years and finally decided do something about it. My doctor sent me to MedPro and I was happy he did. They promptly got a hold of me and even during covid-19 continued to communicate and set up times that worked for me to meet in person. During my trial I was constantly in communication with their staff via text. They kept in touch regularly and quickly responded to any questions I had. They did all the paperwork to get me pre-approved through my insurance so the claim process for me was painless. If you think you have sleep apnea (or your partner thinks you do) do yourself a favour and get tested. MedPro is a great place to get started on that journey.
