My husband broke his hip and after much rehab it was decided that he needed a wheelchair. I spoke to Wesley Dykstra at Self Care Home health products in White Rock and he came out and measured my husband for a wheelchair. He brought out three cushions for him to try and we also received a bed rail for my husband to get up and out of bed. The wheelchairs etc. were delivered in a timely manner and the threshold ramps installed. Wesley showed me how to breakdown the wheelchair for easy transport. The Move wheelchair is a beautiful lightweight chair and my husband loves it. It was a pleasure dealing with Wesley. He is very personable and caring. He knew exactly what my husband needed. Wesley and Self Care home health products are first class all the way.

If you are needing bathroom safety products, choose another company to deal with. Customer service on several occasions was atrocious, the worst we have experienced with any company ever. It has taken months to sort out a simple situation, adding unnecessary extra stress to our lives.

He is very knowledgeable and gave very good suggestions while helping us to pick the right one within our budget. In addition, the follow-up service is also great.
