Thumbs up on this bike shop. Had them tune up 2 bikes three months ago. Shifters recently went out of alignment and some foreign debris had both bikes acting up. Called ahead and took the bikes in. They spent over 30 mins working on them free of charge to keep us happy. Great integrity and talented Shop
My daughter’s bike’s brake was malfunctioning and we dropped in to Mactalla after Pedalheads class. Ross was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and able to fix us up lickety split!! :D I especially appreciated how he had her try it out before we left and make sure it would work for her. Thank you so much! \u003c3
I only recently found out Ross had taken over this shop. I've known Ross for over 15 years. I followed him from shop to shop for a longtime. He was one the best Wheel Builders in London, a renowned mechanic and is a talented frame builder. You might notice that most reviews are five star and a few are not. Read the five star reviews. The owner has no filter some days, but that fire is the same passion that drives his work. Also lets be honest, some people like to believe the customer is always right. Surely better to deal with someone who will tell it how it is? Give them a chance, because if you're loyal, it will be deeply repaid and I'm pretty sure you won't find a better bike shop in BC!
Awesome shop, all the staff are super professional. I've interacted lots with Ben in particular and he has always been approachable and helpful. Wide variety of products at the shop as well. I've been coming here for a number of years and will continue to do so.
