Used fabove for about 5 years now, mainly for their straighteners. Their pick-up takes only a couple hours and their discounts are great. Big cheers for their social-distancing pickup earlier this week.

The experience I had with \Jeff\ at Fabove was easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere, in my life. I used to buy product from them in person at there warehouse in Vancouver and when I found a hair growth product at another competitors online store, I called Fabove to see if they could help me by stocking the product and matching the competitors price; a simple and fair inquiry. Jeff said he would see if that was possible and would get back to me with the answer. A week later, he called and said the product was now in stock and told me to come pick it up. I called him back several days after he left the voicemail on my phone to see if they were matching the competitors price. For some unknown reason, he accused me of trying to \scam\ him by asking for the product at the competitors price. I simply said that if he couldn't match the price, that was fine, I would continue to buy it at the competitors better price. He kept going on about being scammed simply because I was asking for the better price and then when I asked for clarification on what he meant, he hung up on me. Needless to say, I was quite shocked at how anyone could treat a repeat customer so poorly. Definitely will not be doing any business with this company again. If you are considering purchasing product from them, do yourself a favour by doing a bit more google searching as you are sure to find far better pricing and customer service elsewhere.
I recently ordered from Fabove and had a wonderful experience. Shipping was quick and when I had an issue with my product they were very helpful with getting it resolved. I am very satisfied that I purchased my product from them and very happy with their customer service.
