Purchased a Tatami mattress recently and have not slept better in my life. No more restless nights trying to fall asleep and I was fortunate enough to get a black Friday deal and get two bonus pillows made from latex. The shipping did take a while and FedEx confused things delivering the pillows before the mattress.

Great customer service when it comes to getting you to buy the mattress..... but be warned they’re not fast on the deliver. When you buy one they tell you 2-4 weeks to show up at your door by Fed X delivery. We were told once the mattress is ready from the factory Fed X will then call you and give you 5 days notice before shipment. So at this point we have had no calls for delivery which means we are pushing 5 weeks and counting. Let’s just say not impressed and will think twice before making anymore purchases to Essentia.
Do not recommend. Overpriced and greenwashed with poor customer service to boot. Better off buying any old memory foam this company has had legal issues claiming they are organic. Edit : essentia used to claim \organic memory foam\ until FDA stepped in. you should read about the company you work for and be honest! Moreover they used to contain formaldehyde too... So unfortunate
My experience with Essentia has been a nightmare. This is a big purchase for most consumers, so I want to warn others so that they don’t make the same mistake we did by purchasing a mattress here: -They claim that the mattress is organic, misleading consumers into believing that the mattress is good for the environment and good for your health. I wish I had done more research before I purchased the mattress because once you start digging, you’ll find tons of content about Essentia greenwashing their product. There was even a class action lawsuit against Essentia where they lied to consumers about how their mattress was free of VOCs and formaldehyde. -The mattress itself is garbage. It’s super heavy, and a nightmare to move or clean. We started having back pain 6 months in because the mattress was sagging. -Their warranty is a joke. When we contacted customer service, it literally took threats from our end to get someone to give us a call. We called countless times, nobody picks up the phone, and our voicemails go unanswered. When we were eventually able to get to someone, they told us that our warranty is invalid because we weren’t using the right bed slats. We have sturdy wooden slats that we got purposely for this mattress when we realized how heavy it was. We were not informed during purchasing that this mattress needs special metal slats. -Their customer service is nonexistent. Their salesperson is condescending and when we complained about it, the customer service manager did not call us on the day that she promised. -The shipping details are not transparent, and you’re left wondering when your mattress will arrive. It is wrong that this company purposely misleads consumers. Take your business elsewhere.
