it is definitely a have to go place for the fan of fine expresso , coffee grander , coffee machine and all accessories , beans...it is a real coffee world. BTW, free coffee taste is available, it is an arts for sure

I just received my Eureka Atom 65 grinder and I couldn't be happier. I've been making espresso at home for five years and it was time to upgrade my first grinder. The price was the lowest I found in Canada and they made the experience of ordering easy. This grinder is a beast and the hopper that came with the it is larger than I was expecting so it doesn't fit under my cabinets. Malcom was very helpful and he communicated with me through email, promptly solving my issue. I highly recommend Espressotec and will be ordering from them again for future upgrades to my home setup.

Great service on top of fantastic pricing. Ordered in the evening & got a confirmation call in the morning about my machine which was a nice touch for the larger purchase. Sheamus was very knowledgable on the phone & extensively answered my technical questions. Also visited their coffee tasting bar a while back & Malcom was very helpful with us sampling coffees before our purchase. Excellent service above all else.
I went to Espressotec with a few different espresso machines on my shortlist. All the staff I dealt with, especially Malcolm, were exceptionally helpful and really knew the machines well. The grinder I wanted wasn't one they usually carry but they were able to order it in for me very quickly. Truly exceptional customer service and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!!
