I brought my machine to a bigger competitor. They turned me away, saying it couldn't be fixed and then attempted to sell me a newer model. I wasn't done with my Saeco! Tried LA STRADA and the owner is an amazingly helpful person. Of course, La Strada was able to fix it and in record time as well. Excellent customer service. I am 100% loyal to La Strada now. Once this one is completely done, I am going back to purchase my next machine at La Strada! Thank you La Strada!!!!!

My Saeco Exelcis was leaking so I brought it to la Strada for service. Within the week it was diagnosed and determined it required a new pump and grinder. My machine is about 8 years old. Other than the leak I did not think it was not performing well and making good espresso. I was very wrong. I got home after picking it up from la Strada and tried my first espresso. It had to be one of the best espresso shots in nearly 8 years. I think it might be even better than when it was new. To top it all off La Strada polished it to look like it was new. I could not be happier with the care and repair that La Strada did with my daily espresso maker. I would not go anywhere else now. Trust me La Strada is the real deal.

Top notch service from La Strada! My Saeco needed some repairs and after dealing with other much larger \professional\ repair shops I was tried of getting sub par work done or deal with ridiculous excuses. Based on the review here and being a local shop I gave La Strada a shot, booked the online service, paid the fee - immediately was greeted with prompt confirmations and a Google Calendar invite! Neat! Missing my first appointment, one quick email later I was booked for the next available date that worked for me. Dropped off the machine, has a quick chat with the very nice gentleman who I believe was the owner (sorry forgot your name!), went over the issues/concerns about my machine. He explained the procedures, fees, etc. I agreed, and he took my machine and said \we will call you when we know what is going on for you to approve the work\ A few days later I get a call, he explained the issues and what was needed to correct them, even stating that the NLA parts he would likely be able to produce from his own inventory! Great! A couple more days went by and I get the call, my machine is ready! I arrange to pick it up the same day, again have a great conversation with the owner who handed me my machine, the old parts from my that he replaced and explained the work. Fantastic, just how it should be! Took my machine, and purchased some of their coffee to try (haven't yet) and when I got home I fired the machine up, ran some water through, fired two throw away coffees through the machine and pulled the next shot - delicious! Machine works fantastic! 10/10 with that experience I have already told my friends who own similar machines about La Strada and made sure I came back here to leave a review. Local little shops are the gems we need to make sure they survive - they more often than not offer better products and support than the big guys where you're just another customer they want in and out as quickly as possible.

I had La Strada repair a noisy, underperforming De'Longhi fully automatic coffee maker. They gave me an estimate and expected repair time and both were exact and the machine has worked great for the couple of years since. When picking it up the shop was in the midst of unpacking a large order of the Chicco d'Oro coffee beans they carry, which they explained they were a drier roast. I was looking for that because the beans I was using were sticking together and likely part of what caused the machine to fail. I grabbed two kinds of bean and haven't looked back as both make great coffee and cost less than what I was using. That switch seems to have eliminated the issue with beans not moving freely into the grinder. Once the pandemic hit I ordered from La Strada online and the delivery came within two days. While placing that order I had a question so I emailed them and Shana responded within the hour, which was pretty amazing given everything we were going through that spring. Happy to recommend these folks.

My wife and I purchased a Philips EP 3221/44 Expresso coffee machine at La Strada last week. As a retired airline pilot and coffee connoisseur I am delighted with our new coffee experience. The service we received at La Strada was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a first class Expresso machine. Tim and Albertine Moxam
