There is some confusion to the driving knowledge tests and other inquiries. Seems like they set the written test applicants to a grouped area and then call the group as the rest time nears. So no need to wait in the general line. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of the seating inside are understandably blocked due to COVID 19. All counters have a clear screen for the same reason. I believe the office is fully staffed, but the staff helping me says traffic is back to normal, so it can ranged from just a few people in line to a long lineup

The representative was very rude and not cooperative. I believe she is Iranian. I took my 79 years old mom there to get her a new service card since she lost hers and the rep was not friendly at all. She had a bad attitude in spite of me explaining that my mom doesn't know any English. So disappointed and upset right now. How does she expect a 79 years old with memory and lots of health issues knows her password that she got years ago or knows her address in English?

The worst. The fact that ICBC forces you to come in and only during limited office hours makes the lineups out the door that much more painful. Open some more windows. Look at some online options. Do something to make this a less painful experience.
