Does reservations as well as drop-in. COVID protocols in place and felt safe going in. Was a little slow as there were only one to two people working on licence renewals (covering both reservations and drop-in lines)

Only in Victoria would they cancel the road tests because the roads are bare and there is snow on the sides. No phone call, or email, or posting on the website about the cancellations today. Disappointing. I got your response. To be clear, you phoned to reschedule a couple of hours after our scheduled time. So we still had to borrow a vehicle and go down there to find out we could not do the test. Why didn't you notify us ahead of time?
Just finished my road test with John and I wanted to say that he was the best! He's exactly the type of person you'd hope to be your DE: nice, understanding, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. He reminded me to take moments to breathe and I really appreciated that. 5 stars for John!
Pretty relaxed office, though professional. Friendly, patient staff all around. Had a road test to perform and they made me feel comfortable, considering. I had an embarrassing, tumultuous experience on the road that day, but Paul and Megan kept me together and I finished the test. The feedback was truly helpful and I am grateful to have had this evaluator.
I had my Class 5 road test today and I passed. Thanks to the lady at the front desk she was so nice and encouraging . I recently relocated to Victoria to work as a Nurse and it has been crazy for me so far . I really want to appreciate My examiner Nathan who was so professional and kind . He made my experience today the only good thing that has happened to me ever since I arrived to Victoria. I really do appreciate your professionalism . There is nothing better than having an examiner who makes you feel comfortable and less anxious during the road test .
