Due to COVID, shopping is a bit restricted but the girls there are absolutely wonderful! They matched me with a foundation and were extremely helpful friendly. The foundation and concealer were amazing. And the best part: they were 6 each. It’s insane how much people spend on high end makeup but the ordinary does an amazing job at the fraction of the price. Amazing company and amazing people! Definitely visit if you’re in the area :)

Sydney was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly/ helpful. Took time and explained the products and effects and even went the extra mile and wrote up a skincare routine. Definitely going back and seeing her.

I went in today to purchase a couple of serums/peptides thinking I knew what I needed...definitely knew what I wanted but really hoping for some advice on how to fix certain problems my skin is going through. Sydney was INCREDIBLE. She listened, took notes on everything I said and all the products I currently have and use AND THEN created both morning and evening routines for me to incorporate the products I have and the ones I ended up buying. She never once asked me to switch from my current brands to theirs and this makes me want to switch all my products to theirs....which I think I will gradually do as I run out of what I have. Excellent, knowledgeable service that I haven't experience elsewhere in loooong time. 100% recommend. Will be back for sure.

Amazing. Amazing product, and amazing Covid-era care with purchasing. Amazing customer service (not overbearing, just.. calm and informative and altogether a breath of fresh air compared to all other commerce these days). This is my second time coming to this location. Whoah! What a difference from the one downtown!!!! Manager Simone is fabulous and so was Broghan - great customer service and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend everyone to shop to this location
