Absolutely outstanding customer service!!!! Leo and Lilly went over and above to make sure my Uncle had a wonderful surprise for his birthday. I wish I lived out there to be able to drop by and visit and buy those delicious cookies!! My cousin said once they are able to visit, they will drop by! Thank you ever so much for all that you did!!! Outstanding!!!

Lilly and Leo are SO SWEET!!! We had no idea this was the industrial location where they make the cookies for deliveries! They were nice to make us a batch of FRESH cookies to go.. they were all so delicious made with high quality, natural ingredients!.... if you order any cookie, you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered home delivery of Cookie Master Sampler for our cousin's wedding anniversary.The order fulfillment process was very simple and the store promptly responded by email after the delivery of the order. Our cousin was very impressed - their favorite cookies made with high quality and natural ingredients. They were inquiring about Eggless and Vegan varieties within the sampler. Leo was super responsive to my email questions and even added a personalized hand written note to my delivery with the message I wanted to send. He also made sure to deliver it at a time that worked well, and kept me updated through the delivery process, including sending pictures so I knew the cookies were delivered!
