Monil and his team were patient while we slowly pieced together the perfect design. They provided expertise to tweak the design to ensure it will stand the test of time. The diamonds are beautiful and the prices are unmatched compared to competitors, and believe me, we shopped around. Would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a beautiful ring at a reasonable price. Will be coming back here for our wedding bands.
My fiance and I were initially happy to stumble across a Canadian owned business selling lab diamonds and their website made it seem you could purchase online. However, their lack of customer service has meant we have had to shop elsewhere. I had sent an email asking for some more information on a few of their wedding rings. There was a quick reply asking if we wanted to make an instore appointment. When I responded that we did not live in the area we heard nothing back. I sent another inquiry stating that even though we did not live in the area we wanted to purchase online, but we still never received a response.
