They know what they’re doing and do it well. Marco was great. He identified the problem and fixed our unit within days. He talked me out of spending more and buying a new one, assuring me that our unit had plenty of life left. It works great now. Highly recommended.

Marco is knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I have a small apartment in a construction area (lots of dust) as well as two dogs (lots of hair). He recommended the Miele C3 and was able to get me one for a great price and deliver it to me within 24 hours. Wow! Great customer service, and great product, so five stars all around.
Marco is very helpful and knowledgeable. The repairs are very well priced and I also purchased a new Miele vacuum which is amazing. Super quiet and very compact. This store is a great find!
