It's a home away from home. Unlike being in a hotel where you have to eat out. With a cottage you have multiple rooms including a kitchen. If you want you can still eat out but have the option of preparing your own food. Excellent for someone with dietary restriction. It is also nice and quiet..

Rented a cozy little cabin at Vacation Village, and did not want to leave!Minutes walking distance from beautiful Parlee Beach, and all local shops and services in the summer resort town of Shediac.Each lot has a picnic table with built-in fire pit, and sat by the fire past midnight during my 2 night stay.Staff were extremely friendly, always asking if I needed anything.Will definetely come back!
From Facebook and Google, I thought this place genuinely looked very nice, fun and chill, but that wasn’t the case. Owners were always watching us for no reason and were very rude to us. We were swore at by them and attacked. It was an experience I have never been threw in my life. I recommend not bringing your family to this establishment. Dont let these owners ruin your vacation, go somewhere else!
Staying there was one of the scariest and horrible experiences in a cabin/hotel I have ever stayed in. We were verbally attacked by a security guard, so much so we had to call the police. The staff wanted people to drive home drunk but once the cops were called all the staff left the area. They said “people can drive home drunk as long as cars are not at ur cabin”. The cops thought this was crazy and asked everyone to stay for the safety of everyone. The next morning we were kicked out and verbally attacked, swore at, yelled at and almost physical assaulted by we believe the owners husband. We were so scared leaving our cabin that the owners would attack us that we had 911 ready to call. This was a very scary experience for us and if you have a family/ young adults do not go to this establishment.
Very nice cottage, close to amenities especially parlee Beach and the drive in. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower and the wifi wasn't the best. Overall a great stay.
We we were lucky to stay at Vacation Village. We will be back for sure. Awesome attentive staff and owners. Very child friendly place.
Nice area but the cottage prices are a little steep for what you get in my opinion.
