My husband and I chose Cottage Vacations when we decided to rent our cottage this year for the first time. They're responsive to inquiries. provide solid advice and instill a level of confidence in us that we made the right choice. We appreciate the due diligence in securing qualified renters and have had no issues with any of them to date. Everyone has been very respectful of the property. We had a great 3-day weekend at a beautiful cottage! Given that the website doesn't show live availability it took a couple of tries to find a place (It does clearly state this on the website). Even though I put a second choice on my application, it didn't come through. When we were advised our 1st choice wasn't available it took an extra day to find out that our 2nd choice wasn't going to be ready on time for us. I submitted 4 other suggestions by email (without having to fill out another application), and based on my choices, they recommended another cottage that they knew was ready to be rented. It had all of the features we were looking for and once we accepted the cottage the rest of the process was easy and efficient. We received all the information we needed about the property in advance by email, the arrival instructions were clear and they offered good suggestions for where to pick up supplies on the way. The cottage turned out to be better than the other ones I requested - it was perfect for our small group of friends! After I submitted my initial application I tried calling a couple of times on 2 different days but the mailbox was full. I tried emailing instead and they were responsive to my emails. In the end they came through and we were very happy.
We had used cottage vacations in the past to rent cottages , and were very pleased with the experience . 2 years ago we became cottage owners and without hesitation , signed up the cottage vacations to rent our cottage . Jennifer , Amy , Kimberly, and all the staff at cottage vacations are amazing ! They take care of every detail , communication is top notch . updates to the site are done right away , and its great to know that the renters are taken care of the same way as we are ! Would highly recommend anyone to use cottage vacations to rent a place , or for owners to use them to rent out your place \u003e
William, Kimberly and the team at CottageVacations.com were wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond for us. We had a very clean, great cottage where the cottage owners were right next door but they gave us our space and were very nice. We are booking again for this year, as I'm sure we will again and again. I highly recommend CottageVacations.com !
