It was not a good experience. I took my vacuum in for repair. It needed a new cord. When I called he said could be done right away. Well, a week later. Only to find out he couldn’t repair it. Btw, this is after 3 phone calls. Kept putting me off. Then he had the gull to charge me for diagnosis. I knew what was wrong. Don’t use this repair shop.
