I own and operate a iche\ landscape company that specializes in design, materials and greenery. I designed a garden for an inner city client that included a long ribbon of curving steel that would function as a retaining wall. After being turned down by two recommended fabricators, an acquaintance said I should have called 3 FAB. The next day, 3 FAB asked me to come down to their facility to see what I had in mind. They offered insight into what metal should be used, thickness, how it can be curved, how to patina the metal etc. etc. etc. Two days later I arrived back at the shop with a long form for them to use as a guide for the wall. The quote I received was extremely fair. The work was on time and of exceptional quality. They suggested how I could fasten the two pieces together, how I can enhance the patina, what drill bit to use. I was impressed with how much time they took to make sure I was 100% pleased. My client was thrilled with the result - the rust patina on the retaining wall is the perfect foil to the plants installed along the length of it. She has had dozens of compliments on the product. My next client has asked me to build a long privacy wall using sheets of carbon steel. 3FAB will certainly get that business as well! Thanks all for your great service. Mark.
