I had a fantastic experience buying from Urban Sport in Calabogie. I emailed on a 2018 Yamaha Sidewinder and Urban contacted me personally. After sending me photos of the sled and answering some question he directed me to Ray and Colleen. They were super kind and helpful (unlike Pride Marina where I got the run around with every issue). We were very disappointed with our transaction with this business. While on vacation we were given info from the resort about renting watercrafts from this business. We called on Tuesday to book a pontoon boat with the tube you pull behind. We booked it for Thursday (2 days later) after giving a 2000 deposit. When we went to pick up the keys and fill in the paperwork on Thursday we were told both pontoons had been rented to other people and they didn't have one for us. They offered us a wave runner for the same price. As our 5 family members would not fit on a wave runner, we declined. Since it was too late to make new plans, we spent the day at the resort where we observed 1 pontoon boat and tube docked all day. We were disappointed as we chose this to be our 1 activity while on vacation and even though we gave a deposit and confirmed, we were not able to proceed with our plans. I hope other families will not experience the same disappointment due to the lack of organization with this business.
