Went in for a browse and Dallas was the best! Knew his stuff and was friendly and great. We will definitely go back to him when we make a purchase. The people helping with skis and were apathetic, if it was just them the rating would have been much lower. Dallas single-handily is the reason for 5 stars.

Ski gear on sale
When twice in a day... no \Hello\ nor \Welcome\ or at least \can I help you?\ Nothing from the staff.... not even a look at us. We decided to leave and not buy anything here because of the lack of customer service, we went to a different store (The boardroom is 10 times better than this place, overall). We decided to come back to get a single item that we couldn't find in the other store. This place is a serve-yourself store. Around 7 staff members just standing by the till looking at their phones, one of them didn't have a mask and zero social distancing, then I am reading the responses from the store manager or owner and now I understand why they are like that... so disappointing, the lack of management at this place is incredible.
Friendly and helpful staff. Helped get me set up with a new snowboard. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
Dallas was extremely friendly and so helpful! I went to 3 different stores prior to West Coast Sports and did not receive any help or acknowledgement. As soon as I walked into West Coast Sports, Dallas instantly said hello and assisted me right away! He answered all my beginner skiing questions and helped me purchase awesome new ski gear and kept my budget in mind. Amazing customer service!
