EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently purchased a Ford truck from Urban and from the the time I walked in to the dealership i was met by very friendly professional staff who were ready to help with my needs. I was met By Urban who introduced to Alicia a very polite professional sales lady who walked me through the details of the particular vehicle i needed. She explained every thing as well as answered all my questions and went beyond that with more info which was very valuable when purchasing a vehicle. Pat handled my finance file and all was perfect in due time. Alicia is great asset to your company and does know how to deal with clients unlike some dealerships where they tend to exert indirect pressure so you can make quick decisions. At Urban Ford you will not encounter this. The service department is excellent and are ready to help solve the problem. Had the vehicle go in for some minor work and at the same time they did perform a recall issue on the vehicle. I have been to numerous dealerships but non offer the same quality of service that i got from this particular dealership. You have an excellent team which exceptional service.

Very pleased with the service I received! My engine light came on recommending that I service it ASAP, called Urban Ford, my car was towed to the dealer free of charge and within 24 hours I had a diagnosis. They replaced the necessary parts (turbocharger) which was all under warranty and my car was ready for pickup 48 hours after I called them despite the fact they were busy. Excellent customer service, great communication and I will definitely be going back to service my car there and for future purchases. Thank you!
