We have been with United Alarm for 5 years now. Their service is great. If an alarm goes off they contact us in a quick manner. Recently 1 of our door sensor stopped working completely, then second door sensor was working and not working and the head unit battery had issue so it was displaying “low battery” after letting united alarm known of the issues the replacement parts were ready the next day for us to go and pick it up. we went to their office to buy the replacement products. While in their office we were treated great. Now I knew how to replace the head unit battery, program the new door sensors myself so we did not need labour. Us being very happy with United Alarm and them wanting to keep our business they offered us a reasonable contract and if we accept then we don’t have to pay for the replacement parts which were not cheap. So we did not mind continuing a 1 year contract with the same monthly fee from a company that we are happy with since we weren’t looking to leave them. Overall very happy how long the remaining sensors and head units been working despite it being 5 years now.

Got 2 skybell cameras and they offered me financing for 3 years. 18 dollars per months for 2 cameras. Not bad! Had a bit of an issue with the contract but I Spoke to the owner (Satina) and she fixed everything. Support local business

STAY AWAY. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card information. These guys used to be good, but it appears everything they do is now outsourced to 3rd parties. Pre-paid for a service visit on credit card, in which the guy showed up late and accomplished nothing. Then had the audacity to charge an extra 262.50 to my credit card without any justification or authorization, and said they would quote separately to send someone again to actually do the service. Called to complain, they said they would refund the charge, but instead just sent another invoice a week later.
