Hi, Don’t know if you have customer service guideline to deliver the better service to your client. But I have to complain about a really bad experience at this location (8360 Kennedy Rd b15, Unionville, ON L3R 9W4). I walked in your store on Jan 22 2021 around 4pm. The cashier who has blond long hair, speaks English, was really rude. The attitude was bad, when I was ordering, she’s kind of sleep on her arm and took my order. Have no idea how come she could has that posture during work time and with bad attitude. I believe you are a international brand who should have high end service for all your customers. I will choose other brand because of her attitude and unprofessional service.
What a coincidence. I had a bad experience today at around 4:30pm. There needs to be bettter customer service training. The girls yells at you in a not so pleasant tone when you enter the store. While i do understand it may be difficult to hear with the partitions, but it’s not necessary. When the girls yells, it feels like we are sheeps being herd or at the zoo. Other Cocos have a better set up for more efficiency and better experience. As others have mentioned I have never had issues with other locations, but this location has had multiple issues. This isn’t the first time. Not surprised that others had a bad experience. Been going to this location less and less and Will be avoiding this location in the future
Its better to order ahead online and wait in your car. They will text you when the order is ready
I agree with Kevin's review about saying the priority of online orders is pretty slow. edit: I've only had issues with this location. The one on bur oak is much faster and will go there for now on. \What’s the point of ordering through the Coco app if all you do is serve everyone else first? Waited 45 minutes for my order while watching everyone else get their orders first.
