I booked a uhaul 5 days ago and got a phone call this morning saying that I couldn’t pick my uhaul up from the location selected because they’re closed until Tuesday but I could pick it up 100km away and pay the difference of KM which was an extra 100. Doesn’t make any sense as to why I can’t pick it up with my phone like I can at ANY other uhaul in this country or why the company needed to wait to notify me of this less then 24hrs before my reservation instead of when it was made considering they knew you’d be closed.

It was my first time at this location... The lady Annie Emma,, was awesome,, very polite an respectful... I will come back here again next time I need to rent a trailer again.. Mind you I live just outside of Merritt BC
