We recently hired Westminster lift truck for our project at City Center 2 in Surrey. We rented equipment and used their forklift and pallet jack services. The service was unparalleled. They gave us a time showed up, the way the equipment was delivered and the service given was something I have never experienced. They put you at ease. Honestly never going to use this company again. Estimate was way off. Service department has no idea what they're doing. When I called in, the lady on the phone seemed like she had only worked there for the last hour as she had no idea what I was trying to get at. Thanks but no thanks, save your money and your time. The company needs a complete rehire. Thanks for your response, but I've gone with another company.
