I started renting with the Aurora U-Haul location a couple of years ago when I arranged a one-way truck rental to bring my stored belongings from Ottawa. First month free storage with the one-way truck rental, which is a great deal. The staff is very helpful whenever I've needed anything, like to rent an extra unit short-term or rent a truck locally. John who checks the premises is thorough and considerate, keeps the storage buildings clean and tidy, and meticulously refreshes the supply of boxes in the office! I appreciate Becky and Oleg and the other employees I have met in the office, they are helpful and efficient. Thank you all!

The woman behind the desk is just flat out rude. Tried to return paper wrap that I didn’t open or use for moving. Rudely told me no returns without a receipt. The box literally says UHaul on it and wasn’t opened. Even if that was their policy, she was just rude about it. Rude to the person in front of me too renting a truck. They will not get my business for anything ever again.

Rented a U-Haul truck to move recently. The first one I got within 5minutes I could immediately tell it pulled to the right ALOT. You had to keep the steering wheel turned 90 degrees to go straight lol. So I am not sure how often they check the trucks. He did swap it out with a different one.

Storage is good but if you need 1 extra day you pay for a whole month, they don't care about their customers at all.
