Needed to get my stuff moved in a very crunch of time situation and also with uncertain dates in how long I needed it. Spoke to Darcy and this lady is an absolute doll. Extremely nice, attentive and super helpful. She assisted us through the entire process not only on the phone but in person with so much information and made my moving transition a breeze. She was able to get us the right size of storage and also recommended us secure locking and packing options. Everything was advised upfront and there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came to payment. What was advised is exactly what we were charged. Appreciate such honesty from a company and this makes all the difference when I'm dealing with businesses where you are dealing with them on a monthly basis. The storages are extremely clean and neat and tidy. Highly recommend them for your storage needs and there's no second opinion about this. I am in the biggest peace of mind knowing my stuff is sitting in a secure and clean environment. Can't rave about them enough. Thank you so much!
There's a few storage place in the area and Im so glad that we choose Vaultra. The place is huge, secured and very well maintained. The owner on the phone was very kind and accommodating. Hats off to the Manager and staff at the office. They were always courteous and helpful. We sold our house and needed storage for a few months and Vaultra storage just made the transition smooth and flawless. Will definitely recommend!

Needed a storage unit quick and for a short time. Vaultra self storage was very Accommodating the price was very reasonable the staff were very accommodating and polite. I would highly recommend this place and absolutely use them again.
