Great little ferry. Easy crossings. Staff are professional at what they do and how they treat their clients.

Great trip across the St.Lawrence. 90 minute trip, saw tons of porpoises, and even a few white Bulaga whales. Make sure you have reservations however.

I didnt get to actually use the ferry, but i felt that the online reservation process left a lot to be desired. In order to reserve online, you must create an account first. The application will let you make the reservation, including taking down your credit card information, EVEN if the ferry is already full, and you get. A message saying that the transaction has been successful. You wait and wait for your email confirming your reservation. When that didn't happen, i had to call the office, and as ofice hours are limited, i had to wait until the following morning to figure out whether i was on the ferry or not. It took wo phone calls and one email to igure all o this out. Eventually i was told that i wasn't on the ferry. I am sure there is an easier and more user friendly way of doing this

Beautiful ferry ride, complete with dolphins, traversing an arm of the Saint-Lawrence, North East of Quebec City, on the way to Lac St-Jean. Beautiful country and people. Basic restaurant on other side, playing N.O. jazz!

A wonderful view of the Saguenay and it's free. It's the only way across to continue on the highway. Unless there is heavy traffic, very little wait.
