I won’t get my pet food or pet items from anywhere else. The staff will melt your heart with kindness, go above and beyond with service and not only that, know my name and my girlfriends name. Last time he brought the dog food out for my girlfriend and said tell Alex Hi for me. Like who does that nowadays? This business is a rare gem and I’m so happy they are local. This guy can teach some business a thing or two about outstanding customer service. This Small business has it down and I’m totally happy continuing to give them my business.

Highly recommend visiting this store. I used to buy my dog food at Global Pet Foods but was told to check out Trim's Pet Store and was not disappointed. The same food/products were cheaper and the customer service was exceptional. The owner is helpful and takes the time to find out about your pet, and he is also very knowledge about all his products.
