Most Canadian Tire's are the same. This one seems to be on the better stocked side, despite being the only one in the area. Had everything I needed. Always buy on sale. We were packing up my folks cottage and needed cheap storage that wasn't cardboard. Their sale cases and laundry baskets were so cheap that we bought tons. Then I went to get a the mount and they were twice what they cost on Amazon. As long as you check the prices you can always do well here.

This store has the most ineffective and least thought order pick-up I've been to of any store. Email or text for pick up. They have no number to text or call on the sign with instructions, and if people don't have data there is no clear way to contact them. You're far better off going to the Belleville store. They are very efficient and have a far better pick-up system in place.
Dealt with very rude phone customer service clerk this morning at 9:20. I asked her to stop calling me hon which she did. I asked her why she couldn't take my phone order since online was down. She said, it's not that we don't want your business and I said, it seems that way. She said, I'm hanging up now and cut me off. I then called Home Hardware Trenton and got the opposite treatment. I know where I will be shopping now. Jan 21.
Staff helped me find the items I was looking for, classic Canadian Tire location and when I got my Battery replaced on my vehicle they made sure to do it quick after many customers came before and after me.
Lots of great deals on clearance items. Sometimes the Canadian Tire app is not accurate and when it says that they have some items in stock there is none on the shelf. Then when you try to find someone to help you they are nowhere to be found. It takes several minutes to find someone if you can find anyone at all. Even when you call for assistance nobody comes. I have also had several hassles returning items as well. My brother lives in Barrie and never has any problem there. It is like pulling teeth when I am trying to return items even when I have the receipts they still have problems. I have no idea why they are so incompetent at customer service. They are also very rude. My mom does not even want to return stuff there because of some of the staff that work there. She gets very frustrated.
