Port Moody Trek has excellent customer service and friendly staff. Jesus the sales manager put me at ease and helped me find a great bike within my budget. He was personally involved in facilitating my test ride of the bike once built, giving feedback to the mechanics to tune the bike to my preference. I couldn't be happier with the bike or my experience with the staff.

I was running some errands and my bike lock ended up jammed and I couldn't get my bike out, Kate saved the day by coming and helping to get the lock off and brought a new lock for me. She absolutely saved me and was so awesome and personable about it. Thank you so much for going out of the way to help me, I so appreciate it and will definitely be shopping at Trek in the future!!
I was very impressed by and grateful for the service I experienced this week. I'm a middle aged woman learning to road ride and my experience in bike shops until then had been less than stellar for all the stereotypical reasons. However, at Trek in Port Moody it was fabulous! Helpful, kind, informative, patient with my questions and willing to go the extra step to send me on my way with everything I needed, nothing more and the knowledge to use it well. Thank you!
Great store, great staff. The bike service staff (special kudos to the very patient Chad) are extremely knowledgeable, they took the time to walk me through their bike inspection and explain any concerns they found and what the options were to fix. Very reasonable prices re: bike maintenance

Amazing service from Kate, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and I got a great helmet. She took her time made sure I was happy. I am new to the sport and I will always be coming to this store so I can deal with her.
My husband and I both bought bikes from this location. We had shopped around and knew what we wanted but ended up purchasing here because of the exceptional customer service. It was a lengthy process while we fitted out our bikes but we always felt as if we were the only customers in the store. If you are wondering where to shop for a great TREK bike this is the only place you need to go.
We had wonderful service from Kate. Kate was helpful and knowledgeable when trying to determine if the bike size was appropriate for me. I live out of town and unable to try the bike prior to purchasing it. I am very happy with the bike.
